A slower paced class focused on the fundamentals of the Baptiste Power flow. Cultivate foundation, breath, and surrender.

Power Yoga

Our Baptiste power class in a one hour to ninty minute format is just long enough to kick a good sweat, light up your mind, body and spirit and get on with your day.

FRIENDS. MOVE. CELEBRATE.
An all levels Baptiste Power Vinyasa class taught by a new yoga teacher. These classes are just $10 and are rich in energy and community! This class is a great way to experience the strong WHY about our studio. The room will be heated to 90 degrees. Be ready to sweat.

Power Yoga Nidra

MOVE. BREATHE. RESOLVE.
Built on our traditional Baptiste Power Yoga practice. You will move for 45 minutes in this hour class and be guided in a yoga nidra for 15 minutes. This is a great way to clear the mind, tap into your heart's desire and align your mind, body and spirit.

Power Yoga Core Beats

ABS. MOVE. BEATS.
Built on our traditional Baptiste Power Yoga practice. Set to a high energy playlist - this class is filled with flow and inspiration from each teacher. This class is sure to light up your core! All levels are welcome.

Power/Yin

SWEAT. STRETCH. MELT.
Balance your sweaty classes with a serving of a steady flow. Then transition into some deep stretches and a sweet savasana. We call this balance.

YOD (Yoga + HIIT)

ALIGN. MOVE. FLY.
YOD was created and developed right here at Minnesota Power Yoga and is expanding around the country. YOD is intentional exercise - meaning that each movement, breath and exercise is focused on your alignment, health and skill level. In YOD we don’t use any props: we use a heated room and a yoga mat. You get the yoga-vibes combined with a high intensity interval training workout and finish with a cool down. You’ll leave this class feeling energized and ready for the day.

YOD + Yin

ALIGN. FLY. REST
Part YOD. Part yin. The first half of the class is yoga with our YOD body weight movements, and the second half is deep rest poses with long holds to calm down the mind, body and nervous system.
